To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Clients acknowledge that successful AI integration requires their active participation, including providing accurate information, making timely decisions, allocating appropriate resources, and implementing recommendations. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from client's failure to fulfill these responsibilities.
Either party may terminate service agreements under conditions specified in individual contracts. Generally, termination requires written notice with notice periods varying by service type.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend services if you breach these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to make required payments. Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees accrued through the termination date.
Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, liability limitations, and dispute resolution survive termination of the agreement.
